Project Manager Job Description

Helium SEO is hiring a Project Manager to work as a contractor around 20-30 hours a week.  

The main function of the Project Manager role is to ensure deliverables are completed within a specified timeframe. In this role, you will coordinate people and processes to ensure that client work is delivered on time and yields the desired results.

You will be the go-to person for everything involving the project’s organization and timeline.
Helium SEO is located in Cincinnati, OH. We are looking to hire a project manager to work remotely from Argentina. 

Expectations

As a contractor project manager, you play a crucial role in our organization's success. Your primary responsibilities include:

1. Timeline Management: Efficiently oversees project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time. Our Project Management system is ClickUp.
2. Internal Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication among team members to maintain project momentum and address any challenges promptly.
3. Client Success Reporting: Create and share progress reports regularly, highlighting project achievements and successes to keep clients informed and satisfied.
4. Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and tactfully address any project-related issues, maintaining professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach at all times.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure all project outcomes meet or exceed our high standards, contributing to our reputation for excellence.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of project management experience
• Familiar with project management software platforms (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Trello, etc.), methodologies, and best practices 
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask, manage project timelines, and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Requirements: Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking) 
• Ability to perform well with or without detailed directions
• Flexible and adapts to ever-changing strategies and deadlines
• Displays critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to create solutions
• Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Extremely self-aware and continually strives to improve

Preferred Background

• Experience in planning and executing SEO, social media, content, and local search marketing campaigns is a plus
• Experience in creating and managing multiple project timelines
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, demonstrating strong communication skills 
• Proficient with Google Analytics, AdWords, HubSpot, and other industry digital marketing tools 
• Able to work 20-30 hours per week. You can set your own schedule as a contractor.
