  • Identify and evaluate cost-optimization opportunities across materials, components, and processes throughout several Baxter sites, with a specific focus on insourcing, alternate sourcing, and process and product value engineering.
  • Develop and maintain accurate project schedules and drive execution with the core team, and technical support groups in order to achieve milestones.
  • Support change-control processes, validation activities, and implementation planning.
  • Partner closely with Procurement, R&D, Quality, Operations, and Suppliers to identify, validate, and implement cost-optimization opportunities while maintaining product performance, regulatory compliance, and supply continuity.
  • Identify and communicate project risks and potential conflicts, develop risk mitigation plans and proactive solutions, and lead proactive risk response strategies that guarantee project deliverables.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of experience having a Bachelor's degree in an engineering field (Mechanical, Materials, Plastics, Chemicals, Packaging, Manufacturing or related field)
