Automation Project Manager – Nienburg

What you’ll do:

• Lead with impact – drive automation projects from start to finish, ensuring world-class delivery on time and within budget.
• Be the voice of automation – act as client representative across local and global sites, setting direction and aligning disciplines.
• Shape the future – define technical solutions, transform user needs into smart designs, and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Inspire teams – guide and motivate internal and external project members to achieve ambitious goals.
• Stay hands-on – manage stakeholder interfaces, contracts, and documentation with precision.

What makes you a great fit:

• A BSc or MSc in engineering (automation, electrical, or similar) with at least 3 years of experience in process automation solutions/systems.
• Hands-on experience with ISA-88, batch systems, PLC, SCADA, or DCS systems.
• Proven project management experience within process installations and equipment.
• Skilled in handling supply and consultancy contracts.
• Familiarity with food or pharma production processes is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
