We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee our software integration projects, gather customer feedback, and actively contribute to the continuous development of our products.
Tasks
* Project Management & Integration: Planning, coordination, and execution of software integration projects in production
* Customer Communication: Gathering and analyzing customer requirements to drive targeted product development
* Product Management: Deriving and prioritizing Jira tickets while working closely with our development teams
* Strategic Development: Shaping the product roadmap based on customer feedback and market demands
* Technology Integration: Incorporating computer vision, AI, 3D reconstruction, and LLM technologies into customer projects
* Customer Journey: Ensuring a smooth onboarding process and a seamless customer experience
* Planning & Moderation: Leading and supporting internal project planning and team meetings
* Presentation & Sales Support: Showcasing our product to customers at trade fairs, conferences, and meetings
* Business Development: Identifying and driving new business opportunities and follow-up projects
Requirements
* Experience: Several years of experience in project management of software products, ideally with product integration projects
* Methodological Knowledge: Experience in Customer Journey Design and Requirements Engineering to systematically capture and structure requirements from the customer's perspective
* Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of computer vision, AI, 3D reconstruction, and robotics is an advantage
* Tool Expertise: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Jira Roadmaps, and Jira Resource Planning
* Language Skills: German and English at a high professional level
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and solution-oriented mindset
* Industry Knowledge: Experience in the aviation and/or automotive industries or a fundamental understanding of these sectors is a plus
