We’re hiring two Project Manager to oversee commercial and residential landscape construction projects across Southeastern Wisconsin to support a new business line inside of our established business. There is an opportunity to come in for a Jr level role to learn - or to come in at a Sr level, to bring expertise and knowledge to the team.
If you have strong construction or landscaping knowledge and enjoy being in the field, this is an opportunity to grow with a stable, family-owned company that has invested in growing a new business line that fits well with our other services. Located in Burlington, WI we serve a diverse population from Milwaukee to the suburbs of Chicago and as far over as Janesville.
What You’ll Do
- Manage landscape construction projects from award to closeout
- Lead scheduling, coordination, subcontractor communication, and client updates
- Oversee project financials: invoices, forecasting, budgets, cost tracking
- Work closely with field superintendents (GC-like structure)
- Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress (60–70% field-based)
- Document project updates using BlueBeam, Excel, and internal tools
- Ensure projects finish safely, on time, and within scope
What You Bring
- 3+ years project management experience in landscape construction or similar trades
- Strong understanding of construction techniques and job sequencing
- Ability to read plans, understand scopes, and communicate clearly
- Experience with project financials (invoicing, budgets, forecasting)
- Comfortable using Excel, BlueBeam, Procore, or similar tools
- Reliable daily commute to Burlington + regional travel for site visits
- Valid driver’s license (company truck provided)
