About the Job

We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the implementation of KOSAP projects. The role involves managing field operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are delivered within scope, time, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of KOSAP projects across assigned regions

•Coordinate field teams for site readiness, installations, and activations

•Develop and monitor project schedules, timelines, and deliverables

•Ensure availability of materials through coordination with procurement and stores

•Monitor site activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standards

•Liaise with clients, partners, and local authorities to facilitate project execution

•Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures

•Prepare and submit timely project reports

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or related field

2. 5+ Years of experience with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management within SOLAR projects.

3. Experience in field-based project execution (Solar projects are preferred).

4. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

5. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

6. Willingness to travel frequently across project sites

Skills Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or related field
5+ years of experience with a minimum of 3 years' project management experience in solar projects
Experience in field-based project execution
Experience specifically with solar projects (preferred)
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Willingness to travel frequently across project sites
