Job Details:
The Project Manager oversees CarepathRx Health System Solutions' (CHSS) systems and solution implementation projects. The project manager leads to deliver reliable, on-time, on-budget programs that meet the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and exposure in the pharmacy business space, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities

Develop and manage IT projects, including defining project scope, goals, timelines, and budgets.

Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure project delivery.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure deliverables meet business needs.

Monitor and report project progress and take corrective action as necessary.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and direction as needed.

The Project Manager will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The role requires strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a flexible, remote work environment, with occasional on-site meetings and collaborations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.

Healthcare and/or systems implementation experience.

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.

Working knowledge of pharmacy practices (Specialty and Infusion Pharmacy preferred).
