Sigma Software is seeking a Project Manager for the IT Solutions Department. The primary mission of this role is to provide Sigma Software employees with the best tools to do their jobs.

CUSTOMER
Sigma Software provides top-quality software development, graphic design, testing, and support services. The developed systems deliver benefits to customers in automotive, telecommunications, aviation, advertising, gaming industry, banking, real estate, and healthcare.

PROJECT
The IT Solutions department of Sigma Software is responsible for creating organizational IT Capabilities, such as choosing and purchasing or creating Business Applications for other business functions.

The successful candidate will bring robust project management skills to the team, possess the ability to work in a complex enterprise environment with many parallel IT projects, understand and coordinate different business functions’ needs, and deliver incremental value to the company while it continues its operation.

One of the first challenges will be managing the design, development, and implementation of a solution for business process automation and people-oriented processes, which will be used company-wide, provide all employees with a unified experience, and integrate with all corporate business applications.

Job Description

  • Plan, manage, and monitor the project’s execution. Deliver projects on time and within the allocated budget
  • Ensure the initiation, tailoring, and delivery of projects according to the best-fit delivery model and best project management practices
  • Coordinate, track, and deliver technical projects that span across multiple teams in the organization, including engineering, product, threat intelligence, detection, and customer success
  • Provide high-quality project risk analysis; track, act upon, and communicate risks properly to your customers
  • Control KPIs (such as profitability, revenue, utilization, and attrition) and take active actions to keep them at the best possible level
  • Create transparent and easy-to-read documentation, including various types of reports
  • Act as a resource and people manager, actively participate in planning required hires in collaboration with the Recruiting Team, ensure onboarded people’s professional growth
  • Act as an entrepreneur and internal stakeholders' agent by developing relationships, gaining business insights and proposing additional services that internal stakeholders may need
  • Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to determine project vision, goals, and product functionality
  • Implement best practices and tools for project execution and management
  • Contribute to project life-cycle improvement through lessons learned, project achievements, etc.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of commercial experience
  • Profound knowledge of project management processes, methodologies and tools 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers and project teams
  • Proven experience in Fix Price projects
  • Strong risk management skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills 
  • Advanced understanding of corporate environment and objectives; ability to propose solutions for their achievement
  • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
