Our Partner Management Team is responsible for the fashion marketplace ABOUT YOU. This includes the acquisition, support, and optimal management of the assortments of external partners that are sold in our international online shops.

As an Integration Manager eCommerce (m/f/d), you will be responsible for our partners within various cooperation models, from the first contact, through technical integration, to the launch. Additionally, you will manage projects for the strategic development of the fashion marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • You will work at the interface between internal (e.g., IT and SCM) and external stakeholders (partners, customers, service providers) to successfully integrate new partners into the ABOUT YOU Partner Program.
  • As the central contact person, you will accompany and take responsibility for the entire integration process until the go-live.
  • You will create and monitor schedules, document progress and milestones within project management, and proactively report any risks to the timeline.
  • You will reliably check product data requirements and take action in case of deficiencies.
  • Regular tasks include preparing presentations and process explanations as well as conducting presentations and Q&A sessions.
  • You will create and maintain master data in various IT systems.
  • Continuous optimization of interface processes and identification of scaling potential in collaboration with all stakeholders.
  • You will monitor and oversee the partner and their processes after go-live during a short hypercare phase.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Initial professional experience in e-commerce and/or digital sales.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Confident and friendly demeanor with strong negotiation skills.
  • High adaptability and interest in understanding the requirements associated with a technical integration process.
  • High level of initiative, assertiveness, and goal orientation.
  • Strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and creativity in developing new solutions.
  • Very good MS Office skills (G-Suite); JIRA and Confluence are a plus
