ROLE OVERVIEW: 

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in insurance and extensive experience in managing large-scale change management, transformation, and migration projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive successful project outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage complex projects in the insurance sector, focusing on advisory, change management, transformation, and migration.
  • Advise clients on Target Operating Model design and setup
  • Identify core business processes subject to further improvements, automation, and cost efficiency
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to stakeholders on project direction and best practices.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Higher education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the insurance industry.
  • Proven experience in leading change management, transformation, and migration projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
