What will your job consist of?

Lead logistics projects to implement new delivery experience solutions in areas such as development of networks and services involving the acquisition and commissioning of logistics facilities.

Manage also cross-functional projects which integrate business needs with IT solutions and technology-driven initiatives
-
Preparing and reviewing project schedules.
-
Maintaining registers of risks and decisions.
-
Reporting project progress to team members and Exec Team/ Board.
-
Preparing statements and reports according to current needs.
-
Running several projects of relatively high complexity in parallel.
-
Need to be able to adjust scope and priorities in a dynamic environment.

The offer is addressed to individuals who have:

Project management skills - ownership of the project, ability to establishing end-to-end process,
-
Knowledge about logistic and transportation,

Excellent skills in writing business documents (strategies, business cases, PR/FAQ etc.),

Understanding of the stakeholder management - ability to combine different streams, perspectives and recommend a solution,
-
Understanding of change management and team collaboration,
-
Easy of time management (based on deadlines),
-
Continues improvement approach,
-
Ability to work in Google workplace, ClickUp,
-
Agile Foundation, Agile Practitioner, Price2Ⓡ, PMI or similar certifications would be nice.

Ability to communicate freely in English (at least B2+/C1 level)
