We are seeking a motivated Project Manager & Implementation Specialist to join our team and help streamline client onboarding and project delivery.
We are looking for a reliable Project Manager who will manage our key client projects. Your duties will include delivering every project on time within budget and scope. As a Project Manager & Implementation Specialist, you will be the primary liaison between our clients, development team, and operations team. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of project management tools, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. We expect you to be able to get the best out of the people and projects that you oversee.
Project Manager Responsibilities:

Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Organize and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects including:

Liaise with third party vendors as required by the project

Partner with the operations team to gather and input client data into HONK’s system.Verify that client information is accurately configured and functional within our platform.

Work closely with HONK’s development team to communicate customization requests and technical specifications

Work with HONK's sales associates to ensure contract alignment and expectations are met

Oversee the timely delivery of all projects, ensuring they remain within scope and within budget

Allocate resources and ensure their availability

Prepare a detailed project plan to track progress

Prepare and review comprehensive project documentation

Monitor project performance with the helps of appropriate systems, tools and techniques

Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

Prepare reports and present them to senior management as needed

Maintain relations with the client and all stakeholders

Analyze and manage risks in order to minimize negative effect on a project

Build and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

Serve as the point of contact for client queries during the implementation phase, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to enhance our client experience.
Project Manager Requirements:

2+ years' experience of working on a Project Administrator position in the information technology or B2B sector

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

General understanding of technology and software systems (coding knowledge not required).

Familiarity with Salesforce.com for client and account management.

Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms.

General understanding of software development and web technologies

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
