Job Title: Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager & Agile Coach to lead and deliver strategic initiatives within Global Nexis Solutions. This role is embedded within the development team and works cross-functionally with Engineering, UI/UX, Product Management, and key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of software projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, agile coaching capabilities, and a proactive leadership style to drive continuous improvement and value delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery & Leadership

    • Own the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
    • Facilitate project planning, release scheduling, and change management.
    • Track and communicate progress toward goals and milestones.
    • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID) early and effectively.
  • Agile Coaching & Team Enablement

    • Provide agile coaching to development teams and product partners.
    • Promote iterative and incremental delivery of value.
    • Lead retrospectives and analyze metrics to drive continuous improvement.
    • Support teams in staying focused, organized, and aligned with delivery goals.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration & Communication

    • Coordinate dependencies and foster communication across teams.
    • Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Track meeting minutes, actions, and follow-ups to ensure accountability.

  • Project Management Expertise

    • Scheduling, release planning, and resource allocation.

    • Performance management and stakeholder communication.
    • Dependency and change management.
  • Agile Methodologies

    • Deep understanding of Agile principles and delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
    • Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (Scrum-at-Scale, SAFe, LeSS).
    • Proven track record in coaching teams and stakeholders in Agile practices.
  • Soft Skills

    • Executive presence and facilitation skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication.
    • Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
    • Skilled in negotiation and presentation.
