Job Summary

Our PMCM team is seeking a Project Manager to join our team! This position will require expert knowledge of CTDOT, successful experience delivering projects and mentoring junior staff. Responsible for management of internal and external design activities, including quality of deliverables, adherence to schedules, and overall client satisfaction of assigned projects.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Assumes ownership of assigned large scale projects and executes successfully.

  • Monitors budgets and schedules of assigned projects.

  • Identifies potential project prospects and assists/leads in preparation of technical proposals to support marketing efforts.

  • Serves as Project Manager on a preliminary and final design and program management projects.

  • Responsible for assigned project delivery and quality of deliverables.

  • Prepares proposals and participates in client interviews.

  • Maintain membership in professional societies.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

QUALFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field of study.

  • Licensed Professional Engineer, required.

  • 10+ years of experience in Project Management activities and managing construction field teams.

  • Experience with CTDOT required.

  • Project Management Procedures (PMP’s) and Project Management Guidelines (PMG’s) familiarity a plus.

  • Team player – Demonstrate solid presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office.

  • Good organization skills, ability to multi-task, and be a team player.

  • Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.

  • Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients’ toughest challenges.

  • High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.

  • Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.


 

Additional Information

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $128,000 - $192,000 annually for this position and local market. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of skills, experience, education and competencies to the table that will be reflected in our offer.
