DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (to include, but not limited to):

· Independently manage and coordinate all project activities related to owner-furnished equipment (OFE) for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with program goals.

· Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring manufacturing production plans support project and program timelines.

· Manage project budgets with advanced proficiency in Aligned cost tracking systems, optimizing costs and ensuring compliance with project controls.

· Create, track, and communicate detailed project costs, schedules, and documentation, providing accurate and timely updates to stakeholders, in addition to production planning with vendors.

· Maintain administrative duties, including drafting and managing requests for proposals, change orders, purchase orders, schedules of values (SOVs), cost forecasts, cost codes, and invoice reconciliation.

· Integrate and optimize OFE schedules within the overall construction schedule, proactively resolving conflicts and balancing needs across construction, contractor, and supply chain teams.

· Manage all project documentation (e.g., submittals, comments) through systems like Procore, SharePoint, or similar platforms, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

· Strong understanding of data center commissioning processes and best practices.

· Experience with construction and procurement cost estimating, scope development, and contract negotiation.

· Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including OFE vendors, construction teams, contractors, finance/accounting, and engineering.

· Participates in training/development of new teammates.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent (degree or experience).

· Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in data center project management.

· Proven skill in managing critical facility, high value projects.

· Advanced proficiency with computers and industry tools, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office products (especially Excel), Construction programs (such as Procore, Helix, etc), database systems, financial systems, scheduling software, Google suite, etc.

· Superb written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects independently

· Proven ability to thrive in the extremely fast-paced and ever-changing data center environment, with meticulous attention to detail.

· Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.

· Preferably located in the SLC region, or else willing to travel at least 30% of the time.

Additional desired skills and experience:

· Project management experience in construction or manufacturing (in addition to experience in data centers).

· Proficiency in interpreting critical facility construction drawings, specifications, and project scopes.

· Ability to analyze and forecast the impact of design and schedule changes on project costs and timelines.

· Experience with commodity management, raw materials, and production planning in data center or manufacturing environments, and the ability to apply that knowledge of upstream supply chains to the OFE realm.
