The Role
As a Project Manager within Capco’s Business Consulting practice, you will lead the delivery of strategic projects and change initiatives for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful execution, balancing scope, timelines, and quality while enabling effective collaboration across business and technology teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality expectations
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive delivery outcomes
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide clear project updates and insights
  • Support Agile delivery practices including planning, backlog management, and progress tracking

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience managing projects within financial services or energy environments
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in Agile and/or waterfall delivery models
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience managing scope, risks, timelines, and project budgets
  • Familiarity with project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project

  • Experience with cloud platforms or PaaS solutions
  • Knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, or basic SQL
  • Experience delivering MVPs and working with product-focused teams
  • Ability to present to senior stakeholders and executives
