Lead complex transformation initiatives that deliver measurable impact across financial services and energy
The Role
As a Project Manager within Capco’s Business Consulting practice, you will lead the delivery of strategic projects and change initiatives for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful execution, balancing scope, timelines, and quality while enabling effective collaboration across business and technology teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality expectations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive delivery outcomes
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide clear project updates and insights
- Support Agile delivery practices including planning, backlog management, and progress tracking
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing projects within financial services or energy environments
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in Agile and/or waterfall delivery models
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing scope, risks, timelines, and project budgets
- Familiarity with project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
Bonus Points For
- Experience with cloud platforms or PaaS solutions
- Knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, or basic SQL
- Experience delivering MVPs and working with product-focused teams
- Ability to present to senior stakeholders and executives
- Experience contributing to integration or data-driven transformation initiatives
