Job DescriptionAt Inetum you have space to grow and boost your talent! We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of an innovative new payment application.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an Agile environment and is passionate about driving projects from concept to launch. We have a strong footprint in the Banking sector with a lot of challenges for you!
Location: Lisbon
Main Responsibilities:
- Leads and coordinates project lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Applys Agile methodologies (Scrum) to manage sprints, backlogs, and team collaboration.
- Facilitates communication between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and developers.
- Monitors project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensures alignment with business goals and user needs.
Profile:
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in tech or fintech environments.
- Proficiency in English and French (mandatory).
- Strong command of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum.
- Ideally, a background in software engineering or a technical field.
- Experience with payment systems or financial applications (nice to have).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Jira and Service Now.
- Experience with REST API (plus).
- Excellent communication skills.
(Hybrid work, with 2 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
