Job Description- Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale events, including assistance with budget and cost control
- Independently taking ownership of individual project phases across the full project lifecycle, from concept development through to final reporting
- Independent execution of small to medium-sized events
- Close coordination and alignment with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and service providers, in collaboration with senior project managers
- Supporting the coordination and development of project teams, as well as contributing to ensuring efficient ways of working
- Active involvement in developing innovative event concepts in collaboration with the Brand Team to create unique customer experiences
- Ensuring high quality standards and excellent service levels within assigned project areas
- Supporting proactive management of risks and resources to ensure smooth operations
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Communications, Event Management, or a comparable qualification
- Approximately 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in planning and executing large-scale events, preferably within an event agency
- Strong organizational skills, resilience under pressure, and ability to work in a team
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a structured and forward-thinking way of working
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Familiarity with event management software and modern communication tools is an advantage
- Enthusiasm for new ideas and trends that can be integrated into event planning
