We are seeking an Electric Vehicle (EV) Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of EV-related projects, including the integration of EV charging infrastructure and innovative EV technologies into our service offerings. This role involves cross-functional coordination, strategic planning, and a focus on sustainability and technological advancement.Duties and Responsibilities:
Physical Requirements:
- Accurately define project scopes and develop comprehensive proposals, ensuring meticulous management of project budgets and expenditures to meet or exceed margin expectations and financial objectives.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of EV projects, ensuring alignment with Cennox's strategic objectives and commitment to sustainability.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to develop integrated EV solutions that enhance our service offerings to clients in the banking, retail, and financial sectors.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to implementation and post-launch support, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs in the EV space, informing project development and innovation.
- Engage with suppliers, partners, and industry experts to secure the best resources and knowledge for project success.
- Oversee the integration of EV charging infrastructure at client sites, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by incorporating feedback, lessons learned, and best practices into project processes and company-wide initiatives.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 5 years of project management experience in a related field, with a strong emphasis on sustainable technologies or electric vehicles.
- Proven track record of successful project management in a technology-driven environment, ideally with experience in EV projects or related fields.
- Deep understanding of the EV market, including technological trends, regulatory landscape, and customer expectations within the banking, retail, and financial sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects and resolve challenges efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and software, with an agile and adaptable approach to project execution.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
