Manage End-to-End Projects: Plan, coordinate, execute, monitor, and close projects across marketing, creative, and technology teams.
Develop Project Plans: Create project timelines, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with content creators, designers, developers, videographers, ad specialists, and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
Monitor Project Performance: Track project progress, identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.
Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, expectations, feedback, and status reporting.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet DGM's quality standards before submission to clients.
Support the CEO on Special Projects: Coordinate strategic initiatives, research opportunities, oversee confidential assignments, and manage executive-level projects from planning through execution.
Manage Resources & Workflows: Prioritize workloads, assign tasks, monitor capacity, and optimize team productivity using project management tools.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare project reports, meeting notes, project documentation, budgets, and post-project evaluations.
Continuous Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to project workflows, communication processes, and operational efficiency across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent) is an asset.
Minimum of 3 years' experience managing projects in a marketing, creative, technology, or digital agency environment.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
