To make that ambition real, we’re looking for a Creative Project Manager - the engine that connects ideas to execution.
The Role You Could Play
If Creative Direction is the nucleus, this role is the cog that keeps everything turning.
You will play a pivotal role in translating creative ambition into reality - bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to how ideas move from concept through to execution across the business.
Working closely with Creative Direction leadership and cross-functional teams (Design, Art Direction, VM, Content, Trade and Go-To-Market), you will ensure campaigns are delivered with a clear “red thread” - from initial idea through to rollout.
This is a unique opportunity to help build and embed new ways of working, shaping how creative flows through MECCA without overcomplicating it - creating process that enables creativity, not restricts it.
Key responsibilities will include:
Drive Campaign Delivery
- Support the planning and delivery of major campaigns and key brand moments across the year (from category campaigns to purpose-led and holiday)
- Build and manage clear project timelines, critical paths, and milestones
- Ensure ideas move seamlessly from concept through to execution across all channels
Create Flow & Structure
- Establish and manage workflow across creative development teams (Design, Art Direction, VM, Copy)
- Bring clarity to what can often feel complex - aligning teams, priorities, and timelines
- Facilitate key working sessions, ensuring the right conversations happen at the right time
Connect the Business
- Act as the central point of coordination between Creative, Trade, and broader teams
- Ensure smooth handovers and strong communication across all stages of delivery
- Track progress, flag risks early, and keep momentum across multiple workstreams
Build Better Ways of Working
- Help shape and embed new processes that improve how creative work gets done
- Balance operational discipline with respect for the creative process
- Bring visibility to resourcing, timelines, and priorities
What You Will Bring
You’re someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and organisation.
- Proven experience in creative project, traffic or production management (agency or in-house)
- Deep understanding of the creative process and how to support it without stifling it
- Highly organised but flexible, you bring structure without rigidity
- Strong at building relationships and influencing stakeholders across teams
- Calm, solutions-focused, and able to navigate fast-paced, evolving environments
- High emotional intelligence - you know how to get the best out of creative teams
- Skilled at building critical paths, managing milestones, and communicating clearly
- Comfortable working across multi-channel / 360 campaigns
Experience with tools like Monday.com is helpful, but not essential.
