Are you passionate about driving complex projects to success?
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented project manager to join our team. As a driving force behind marketing and communication initiatives, you’ll proactively suggest, conceptualize, and execute projects that elevate our brand presence. Your strong project management skills will ensure all resources are on track within timing, scope, and on budget, leveraging proven methodologies and tools. 

Responsibilities

As a project manager in our Corporate Marketing Office, you will be part of the Strategic & Digital Marketing division, based at our headquarters in Munich. You will be responsible for steering corporate marketing initiatives, from stakeholder consulting and brand management, to positioning workshops and project executions.

  • Project Initiatives: Proactively suggest, conceptualize, and manage complex marketing and communication projects in line with our business goals and marketing strategies.
  • Project Roadmap: Continuously update an overarching roadmap of all marketing activities throughout the year and identify and escalate upcoming projects and phases.
  • Project Management: Lead the delivery of defined assets within the constraints of timing, scope, and budget by confidently applying a project management toolset. Drive your projects by independently preparing and hosting workshops and project meetings.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as central interface and provide consultation for our project teams (experts for creative and strategic conception, digital marketing, communication, design, production, development) and internal stakeholders (general management, corporate and business units).
  • Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing material and support in consultation to global offices. 
  • Project Standards & Infrastructure: Identify needs and support in continuous improvement of processes, workflows, templates, and guidelines

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A degree in marketing, project management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in marketing and project management, ideally within a dynamic and fast-paced environment - agency background is a plus.
  • Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of marketing principles, communication strategies, and brand development.
  • Project Management Skills: Proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within scope and budget.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and drive complex marketing and communication projects, aligned with business objectives.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent planning and multitasking abilities, including creating and maintaining marketing roadmaps as well as handling multiple projects simultaneously and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Team player and problem solver, with strong hands-on mentality including the ability to interact with international and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Communication Skills: A collaborative and proactive mindset, with the confidence to suggest new ideas and take initiative.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
  • Technical Proficiency: Practical knowledge in using digital marketing and project management tools. Familiarity with CRM systems, and analytics platforms is a plus
