About Verto Health

At Verto Health, we’re transforming how healthcare organizations connect and collaborate through delivery of digital twin & AI-enabled journeys for population health. Our solutions use patented technology to transform structured and unstructured data, from any source, into seamless patient journeys - reducing administrative burden for clinicians. The VERTO™ platform has powered 11.5M+ patient visits and enhanced care across 100+ sites & 25+ health systems/regions & hospitals.

We’re a team of implementers, engineers, designers, and healthcare professionals united by curiosity, compassion, and a drive to make an impact. We believe that the best ideas come from collaboration—so we build in the open, learn continuously, and make sure our team sees their work in action!

Verto is a hybrid company with a remote-first approach. While most of our team works remotely within the GTA, we encourage in-office collaboration at OneEleven (downtown Toronto).

As a Project Manager on the Clinical Implementations, you will play a key role in ensuring the optimization and frontline deployment of Verto’s platforms across healthcare organizations.

This is a critical, customer facing role on a highly visible initiative. You will support clinical workflow assessment, configuration, and rollout of Verto solutions across clinical settings, working with diverse stakeholder groups. • Manage cross functional teams spanning Clinical, Technical, Data and AI, and Product resources

    • Represent Verto as an implementation subject matter expert throughout the customer lifecycle

  • Quality Assurance
    • Oversee prioritization of solution requests and issue resolution
    • Manage client escalations and ensure transparent, timely communication
    • Ensure implementation requirements are adhered to and escalate appropriately when needed
  • Clinical Implementations
    • Lead identification, development, planning, implementation, and sustainment of clinical IT implementation projects
    • Develop and analyze workflows, creating associated documentation and models
    • Quickly pick up product configuration knowledge and translate implementation complexity
    • Support continuity and succession planning through internal documentation, guides, demos, and knowledge sharing sessions
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Health Administration, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare field
  • Five to seven years of experience in clinical, health informatics, or technology driven healthcare environments
  • Three plus years of experience managing complex ICT or health technology implementations

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $110,000 CAD per year, depending on experience, skills, and alignment with the role.

Use of AI in the Hiring Process

Verto Health may use artificial intelligence enabled tools during parts of the recruitment process to support administrative and efficiency focused tasks. This may include tools used for scheduling, note taking during interviews, or summarizing candidate information.

At Verto Health, we’re not just writing code—we’re reimagining how healthcare connects. Whether you’re just starting out or ready to lead large-scale initiatives, you’ll find a place here to grow, collaborate, and make real-world impact.
Do you have 70% of the qualifications we’re looking for? That’s enough. Apply anyway!
