Taxback International is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major organizational transformation initiative.
The successful candidate will work across all departments to ensure alignment and timely delivery of this critical project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day project leadership and management of the rebrand implementation project
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive implementation plan, working with key stakeholders mainly internally 
  • Lead the implementation of the project, defining tasks, resource requirements, and transition strategies
  • Coordinate the involvement of marketing, operations, customer management, product and other functional areas across the business
  • Manage the rebrand budget, resource allocation, and ensure on-time delivery within budget constraints
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve cross-functional issues at the project level
  • Ensure timely execution of all areas within the plan, including website rollout, signage, and brand migration
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in managing branding implementation projects and cross-functional teams
  • Project Management professional certification preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong relationship management, negotiation, and collaboration abilities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Experience in coordinating multi-functional teams across multiple locations
  • Demonstrated success in leading strategic project teams with multiple stakeholders
