Job Description

Introduction

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Change Delivery team on a temporary contract basis for 12 months working hybrid from our Hyderabad office. You'll play a key role in delivering strategic business initiatives across the IQ-EQ Group, with an immediate focus on leading a SharePoint Online migration project.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of high-impact projects, collaborate with global teams, and help shape the future of how we work.

What you'll do

  • You'll lead end-to-end project delivery, managing all phases from initiation and planning through execution, governance, and successful project closure.
  • You'll manage SharePoint Online migration projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies are effectively controlled and delivered on schedule.
  • You'll build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, driving engagement, collaboration, and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • You'll lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including internal and external resources, to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • You'll contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, processes, and best practices to enhance delivery effectiveness.

Qualifications

ABOUT YOU

  • You'll have at least 2 years' experience delivering end-to-end project management across a variety of complex projects, supported by a recognised Project Management qualification (Prince2 desirable) and experience using project management tools and methodologies

  • You are an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills, confident engaging with subject matter experts, customers, suppliers, peers and senior leaders, and capable of delivering clear written, verbal and presentation-based communication

  • You're highly organised, proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise effectively, manage multiple deadlines, work under pressure and take ownership of your workload with a positive, can-do attitude

  • You'll possess strong technical skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with experience using Microsoft Word, Visio and other business applications to support project delivery and reporting

  • You'll bring a creative and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving, ideally gained within a fast-paced, evolving environment with globally distributed teams. Experience in Financial Services, Private Equity, Investor Services or technology project implementation, along with a degree and Prince2 certification, would be advantageous

Skills Required

  • At least 2 years' experience delivering end-to-end project management across complex projects
  • Recognised Project Management qualification (Prince2 desirable)
