Project Manager – Cloud Hosting

Mayvue is seeking a Project Manager – Cloud Hosting to oversee cloud infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and delivery.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in cloud infrastructure project management, a strong understanding of compliance standards like SOC2, and expertise in cost and timeline management across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent). Familiarity with StateRAMP or FedRAMP is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud Infrastructure Delivery:
  • Plan, design, and coordinate multi-cloud solutions, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.
  • Oversee cloud documentation and processes, including operational procedures, incident response plans, and naming conventions.
  • Collaborate with external customers to establish long-term cloud roadmaps aligned with their needs.
• Project Planning & Execution:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical specifications.
  • Establish and maintain project timelines, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met within agreed parameters.
  • Lead projects using both traditional and Agile methodologies, leveraging tools like Jira for management and reporting.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with technical staff, subject matter experts, and non-technical stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on project status, risks, and milestones.

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 4+ years in cloud project management multi-account cloud based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, IT infrastructure, and solution architectures.
  • Proven experience managing projects with Agile and traditional methodologies.
• Certifications: PMP certification required (other certifications such as ITIL, CSM, CAPM, etc., are desirable).
• Skills:
  • Strong project leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile development processes.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Technical knowledge of IT operations, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud technologies.
