• Plan, manage, and execute client engagement initiatives, events, and campaigns (e.g. roadshows, webinars, sponsorships, internal client events).

• Develop project timelines, budgets, and success metrics; track progress and ensure on-time delivery.

• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product and other teams to understand client needs and translate them into impactful engagement programs.

• Collect feedback and insights from client interactions and events to inform strategy and continuous improvement.

• Prepare performance reports and recommendations based on engagement outcomes (ROI, client feedback, reach).

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in project management or event management.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Hands-on experience with project management tools

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and report impact.

• Experience working in B2B or with key accounts

• Preferably with experience in the automotive industry.

• Fluent in German, English is a plus.
