As a Project Manager, you will responsible for Project Management/ Planning/ Coordinating activities typically in the context of Completions and Wellbore Intervention projects to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Participating in discussions about the future of the business requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions.

• Developing the year plan for the own function on the basis of the framework of the strategic plan for the whole unit.

• Managing activities related to the supervision, organization and execution of a service project, including scope, time, contract (if not covered by a dedicated Contract Manager) cost & quality management.

• Being responsible for project methodologies and standards including scheduling and control, to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Presenting projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams.

• Handling important business unit clients. Complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side.

• Handling all projects and customer related to Completion and Wellbore Intervention

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college.

• Have 12 years experience in Completion and Wellbore Intervention with 5 years experience in Field

• Have prior experience on Baker Hughes operations and tools/equipment is a plus.

• Have strong oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Have ability to analyze and resolve problems. and ability to lead programs / projects.

• Be able to document, plan, market, and execute programs and have established project management skills.
