Job Description

​​​​​​​This position will be a part of a campaign production Hub built in CEE region, supporting multiple markets across automotive brands and serving as a one-stop-shop for all campaign creation, management, and development. As a team working in this area for various clients across the globe, we want to do the work in a way that is effective and automated, leaving people space to develop themselves in various areas of digital marketing and tools. For this project, experience and knowledge of Adobe Campaign Manager or Salesforce Marketing Cloud will come in handy, but for fast learners, experience with any other marketing automation tool will be fine.

We are seeking a Project Manager for a full-time position starting immediately. You should have 4+ years of experience and a passion for project management standards. You strive for excellence in your work and always seek to develop dynamic and usable campaigns for any audience. You have an ongoing desire to learn and share your knowledge. You want to participate in a culture of innovation and creativity and be part of a team driven to succeed.

What awaits You?:

  • The main responsibility is to define and capture customer needs, prepare a timeline of the campaigns,
  • Continuously communicate with the client and/or relevant stakeholders, and track the progress,
  • Support with deliverability best practices,
  • Help the team to thrive in the project delivery and to remove obstacles,
  • Manage, and support project delivery with a small team of e-mail developers, campaign managers, and QA Specialist,
  • Monitor utilization of the team members, highlighting issues (not enough work, too much work), working with the team and Capability lead to plan the right amount of workload for the team,
  • Cooperation with accounts, creatives, clients (which you want to have in your CV!), programmers, and the creation of assets with a global reach

Qualifications

  • English at a communicative level,
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing
  • Practical PM experience of at least 4 years with strong organizational skills
  • Experience in the management of complex projects and capacity planning
  • Understanding the team competencies and capabilities. Ability to work with other PMs and Capability lead to plan the right project for the team,
  • Knowledge/experience in working with different Marketing Automation tools such as SFMC, HubSpot, or similar,
  • Basic Knowledge of HTML and CSS,
  • Experience in working with JIRA or similar tools to manage tickets/workflow tickets and working directly with Devs/QA or Campaign managers
  • Experience in cross-functional team environments, with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
  • ability to grab and review any feedback for revisions (from customer UAT), evaluate it, and manage changes,
  • Can multi-task and prioritize,
  • Are self-directed, proactive, and accountable problem solver,
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Are highly organized, thorough, motivated, and paying attention to the details,
  • Are willing to learn and seek out opportunities,
  • Participate in and develop project processes, contribute to project completion, and be accountable to deadlines,
  • Exercise best practices, and current trends, and come up with creative solutions to development problems or obstacles,
  • Previous experience in the Campaign management is a bonus (but not required),
