About the role
We are seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst (PM/BA) to join our Project Delivery Services Team. The PM/BA will oversee a variety of client projects from start to finish, driving delivery and engaging directly with stakeholders. This role focuses on effective project management and communication to ensure each project achieves its objectives and delivers value for clients.
The key responsibilities of the role are:
Project Delivery
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget and profitability
- Deliver projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment to client objectives and measurable outcomes
- Implement project controls and manage changes and variations
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders at all levels
- Facilitate clear, structured communication across technical and non-technical audiences
Governance & Risk
- Identify, assess and manage risks and issues proactively
- Ensure projects adhere to governance frameworks, standards and reporting requirements
Business Analysis
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering
- Define, validate and manage requirements, including traceability
- Produce high-quality documentation and delivery artefacts

You will have:
Essential
- Minimum 6 years’ combined experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst within technology environments
- Advanced knowledge of project methodologies (Prince2, PMP, Agile, Lean etc.)
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation, including workshops, stakeholder interviews, user stories, and use cases
- Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, structured technical and functional requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate workshops and present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple medium-sized projects and/or initiatives concurrently
- Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Visio, Jira, and Excel, including their use for process modelling and requirements management
- High attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Professional stakeholder engagement and ability to build ‘trust-based’ relationships
Preferred
- Tertiary qualifications in an applicable field
- Energy and Resources Industry experience
- Experience working in Professional Services
- Experience supporting solution design, option analysis, and business case development
- Consulting experience
- Are outcomes-focused and take ownership of delivery
- Communicate clearly and confidently with a wide range of stakeholders
- Maintain high standards and attention to detail
- Are comfortable managing expectations and having constructive, difficult conversations
