Job Description

Project Manager, Brand & Wholesale 

ROLE AND JOB DESCRIPTION 

The Project Manager, Brand & Wholesale, is responsible for overseeing the development, approvals, and execution of initiatives across Wholesale Marketing, Retail Marketing, and Visual. This role requires strong project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive projects from concept to completion while maintaining alignment with brand standards and marketing objectives. 

The Project Manager will manage timelines, stakeholder reviews, and deliverables across multiple functions, ensuring creative needs are executed seamlessly and delivered on time. This role involves close coordination with internal teams—including Creative, Marketing, and Visual—as well as external vendors and partners to ensure projects are executed with excellence. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Project Management & Timeline Oversight 

  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines across Wholesale & Retail Marketing, and Visual initiatives. 

  • Facilitate milestone reviews with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on direction, approvals, and deliverables. 

  • Proactively identify risks and dependencies, escalating with clear solutions to keep projects on track. 

  • Deliver timely and transparent status updates to stakeholders and leadership. 

 

Wholesale & Retail Marketing Support 

  • Partner closely with Retail Marketing and Wholesale teams to manage all creative requests that drive both store-level and wholesale channel engagement. 

  • Strategic development of CRF submission and workflow process; partner with WS/Retail team on identifying and optimizing workflow of projects that have a regular year-over-year cadence  

  • Lead the execution of all Co-Op advertising programs, ensuring creative approvals, production, and delivery are aligned to external retailer deadlines. Flag, communicate and partner on solutioning any delivery risks with the Wholesale marketing team. 

  • Assist in the communication and explanation of Wholesale placements as needed with Creative teams. 

  • Support the creative development and production of seasonal wholesale market assets (motion and video), ensuring alignment with brand standards and timely delivery for the twice-yearly markets. 

  • Manage e-vites and event collateral for both wholesale partners and owned retail activations.  

  • Oversee the development of digital, social, and email creative supporting retail promotions and wholesale campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and content aligns with overall brand campaigns. 

  • Act as the primary liaison between Creative Operations, Retail Marketing, and Wholesale to ensure consistency in brand presentation across all channels. 

 

 

Visual Support 

  • Manage the yearly retail and wholesale image roll-out, coordinating with Visual Merchandising, Creative, and Marketing to deliver imagery that supports both store and partner needs. 

  • Oversee the execution of seasonal window programs, including timelines, creative reviews, and support with production time management.  

  • Track and maintain documentation of all Visual initiatives to ensure alignment with seasonal launches and global retail calendars. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with 3+ years’ experience. 

  • Proven track record within a retail and wholesale environment (luxury industry preferred) with a deep understanding of production processes, creative development, and project management. 

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.  

  • High degree of organizational skills, collaborative team approach with previous exposure/knowledge of Wholesale preferred. 

  • Strong experience in project management tools like Monday.com, and automation platforms like Celtra.  


Working mode: Hybrid (minimum 3 days/week in office) – NYC; No travel expected

Estimated salary range: $100,000-$105,000

Base pay is one component of David Yurman’s total compensation package, which may also include the following for eligible employees: access to healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan, bonus, employee discounts, Summer Fridays (corporate roles), generous paid time off, sick time, and more.
