Wages

Starting wage will depend on experience and education.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

  • Command the Project: Take full ownership and responsibility for all assigned projects from start to finish. You will oversee all phases by coordinating with internal sales, engineering, and service teams to manage budgeting, scheduling, and successful execution.
  • Build the Blueprint for Success: Develop comprehensive project plans, communicate changes effectively, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will select and coordinate with contractors and consult with clients to direct project development.
  • Ensure Flawless Execution: Manage critical project components including customer support, contract administration, scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls.
  • Guarantee Quality & Reliability: Uphold the highest standards through rigorous quality assurance, testing, and commissioning to ensure our power solutions are ready when they're needed most.
  • Be a Master Communicator: Write clear, informative reports and correspondence. Speak effectively and persuasively with clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and resolving conflicts to keep projects moving forward.

 

Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed:

  • A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of 7-10 years of extensive, hands-on project management experience.
  • Proven experience managing projects in a construction or manufacturing setting, with expertise in formal project management processes.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to read and comprehend project specifications and equipment submittals.
  • Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership skills to manage project team activities and overcome obstacles.
  • Willingness to travel within the So / No Cal Quinn sales territory up to 10-20% of the time.
