This is a fixed term contract role. The engagement is 1 year.
What will you do?
- Drive product success by bringing the product to users
- Partner with product manager and designers to conduct user Interviews.
- Partner with product manager to run sprint plannings, scrums, retrospectives.
- Track and manage development pace to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct and support thorough systems, users, and security tests prerelease.
- Run user education campaigns to drive product adoption post-release.
- Provide product support and work with product/engineering to identify and fix bugs.
Requirements
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Over 10 years of experience working as Project Manager, developing and maintaining system in Agile and Waterfall approach.
- Have PMP certification or ever practice project management
- Have experience in both development and maintenance projects, with user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance processes.
- Have experience in working with outsourced vendor in tracking and monitoring deliverables, timeline, budget and expenditure, , security and risk management.
- Proficiency with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Development System ServiceNow SaaS Development Project
- Maintenance Systems that involved enhancements and tickets resolutions: .NET/Java systems
