SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Project Manager is responsible for the management, coordination, and administration of multiple projects involving modular, prefabricated buildings.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Five (5) years of project management experience.
- Construction and structural steel experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Above average computer skills.
- Must be able to develop schedules and progress reports.
- Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural and shop drawings.
- Bluebeam knowledge required.
- Experience with steel detailing software and AutoCAD would be a plus but not required.
- Able to communicate and advise detailers for shop drawings.
- Able to manage multiple projects at one time.
- Must be able to travel to job sites for meetings and obtain field measurements.
- Must be able to communicate with production manager and project engineers.
- Ability to write RFI, submittals and document control.
- College degree – Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS

WORKING CONDITIONS
- For Full-Time employees, expect to work an 8-hour shift on average, including weekends if necessary.
- Reliably commute to Henderson, Nevada, or planning to relocate to local area before starting work.
