Top skills:
• Application Development and Support project management– all phases of the systems development life cycle – supporting a large system (Health and Human Services, Insurance, Banking, etc.) (8+ years)
• Experience with system modernization projects (3+ years)
• Experience working with a business customer to document requirements, analysis and design deliverables (10+ years)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
Nice to have skills:
• Knowledge and experience with child support system certification
• Experience executing and documenting the Test Deck for IV-D system Certification
• Financial and Case Management Child Support Enforcement: Systems development and maintenance experience
• Experience with an ALM tool (Azure DevOps, JIRA)
• Interviews will be set up shortly after the posting close date.
• MUST provide three (3) business references for the interview. (One reference must be a supervisory level.)
