You
A hands-on Project Lead who moves easily between strategy and execution. You break down complexity into clear plans, keep delivery on track, and raise the bar for how projects get executed. You build strong stakeholder relationships, push for the right priorities, and coach and support other project managers to deliver high-impact outcomes. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, skilled at facilitating alignment, and confident owning delivery performance across multiple initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead complex projects end-to-end while guiding and supporting the project management team
- Act as the main link between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment and clarity
- Translate requirements into clear, prioritised tasks and help define realistic timelines
- Build and maintain roadmaps that balance quick wins with long-term goals
- Remove blockers, manage risks, and keep delivery on track
- Improve processes, introduce best practices, and raise delivery standards across the team
- Communicate progress, priorities, and trade-offs clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners
WHAT WE EXPECT
- 5+ years experience in IT project management, product ownership, or similar roles
- Experience leading or mentoring other project managers
- Experience establishing or improving delivery processes in a growing organization
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and support decision-making with structured analysis
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects or a project portfolio
- Ability to turn business needs into clear, actionable tasks for developers
- Solid understanding of Agile and software development workflows
- Strong prioritisation and decision-making skills based on impact and feasibility
- Excellent communication skills and hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
