Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Expert Project Management Specialist to join the 737/Program Supplier Quality team in Renton, Washington.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and diverse team. In this role, you will support business integration and project management across the 737 Program Supplier Quality organization. The selected candidate will be required travel to within the Puget Sound locations periodically.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, programs and change driven activities in accordance with project management industry.
  • Leads studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), reports, risk assessments and planning efforts to determine impacts, constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives.
  • Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning, and refines the business case.
  • Develops and establishes lead time requirements.
  • Facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plan, schedules, change and baseline management, processes, techniques considered to be best practice across the industry.
  • Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
  • Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.
  • Coordinates commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategies.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work in Renton, Washington.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management
  • 5+ years of experience developing presentation materials suitable for executive level management
  • 5+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or program management functional positions

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience do you have interacting with functions such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, or other related functions
  • Experience leading workshops and or continuous improvement projects
  • Experience with Boeing Production System (BPS) and/or Quality Management System (QMS)

Relocation:
This position offers domestic relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Summary pay range:
$156,400 - $172,960
