Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Associate or Experienced Project Management Specialist to support the change incorporation plans related to the
767 and 777 Airplane Programs in Everett, Washington on First Shift!
Position Responsibilities:
- Support program initiatives to provide compliance and visibility to change-related activities
- Perform Project Management activities to achieve project completion
- Produce project visibility artifacts that are shared with Program Leadership
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to drive project completion
- Manage Change Approval processes, requirements, and thresholds
- Produces metrics for plans and schedules for moderately complex projects, programs, and change activities across the lifecycle of a program
- Performs studies/analysis and planning efforts, within and/or across programs/projects
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- (Level: 2) 1+ years of experience in managing project schedules and managing programs and projects
- 1+ years of experience working with databases, data collection and preparation, and data interpretation
- 1+ years of experience performing in a finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, business support services, program management, project management or business operations role.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- (Level: 3) 5+ years of experience in managing project schedules and managing programs and projects
- Experience using Integrated Scheduling tools
- 3+ years of experience with program oversight, project management tools & metrics reporting
- Experience working on airplane programs or supporting the production system
- Familiarity with sustainability concepts
- Experience in using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Project Management Certificate or Training
- Bachelor's degree or higher

(Level: 2) $81,600 - $90,240
(Level: 3) $101,150 - $111,860
