Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Project Management Specialist (Level 3 or 4) to join the Business Operations team in Portland, Oregon on 1st Shift.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Lead integrator for ERP-LN to SAP transition project across Portland and Helena, coordinates and aligns cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, supply chain, and manufacturing to achieve project milestones
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to support site-level initiatives
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risks during the transition
  • Oversee work movements and site-level projects, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to senior management
  • Develops and facilitates executive level briefings
  • Manage agenda and facilitate integrated meetings
  • Evaluates alternatives and makes recommendations to the team for constant improvement

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
  • 3 + years of experience in leading large scale projects
  • 3 + years of experience interfacing with and supporting senior and executive leadership
  • 3 + years of experience in working with cross-functional teams
  • 3 + years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience working closely with Operations and Supply Chain
  • SAP Experience, Change Control Board exposure, Work Movement exposure

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range:
Level 3: $95,700 - $111,860
Level 4: $118,320 - $140,060
