  • Agile/Scrum Ceremony Support: 

  • Help schedule and facilitate key agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. 

  • Take clear, actionable notes and ensure follow-up on key decisions. 

  • Project Management Tool Administration: 

  • Work within our project management tool (Zoho Sprints / Jira) to keep the sprint board clean and up-to-date. 

  • Help create, update, and organize tasks, ensuring they have clear descriptions, acceptance criteria, and are assigned to the right team members. 

  • Communication & Coordination: 

  • Act as a communication hub, ensuring that information flows smoothly between the product, design, and engineering teams.

  • Blocker Removal:

  • Help identify and track "blockers" any issues that are preventing a team member from making progress and assist in getting them resolved. 

  • Reporting & Documentation:

  • Assist the Product Manager in preparing simple weekly sprint progress reports and updating our internal product documentation in Zoho Learn. 

  • Process Improvement:

  • Observe our current processes and be encouraged to suggest small but impactful ways to make our team more efficient and collaborative. 



Requirements
  • Eligibility: Must be a recent graduate, a current NYSC member, or a university student seeking an Industrial Training (IT) placement, preferably in a field like Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or Engineering Management. 

  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: You are a natural planner. You love checklists, calendars, and making sure things are in order. 

  • Strong Communication Skills: You are a clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal. You are comfortable talking to different types of people, from engineers to designers. 

  • Proactive & A "Servant Leader" Mindset: You are a self-starter who enjoys helping others succeed. Your goal is to make the team's life easier. 

  • Problem-Solving Attitude: When you see a problem, your first instinct is to figure out how to solve it. 

  • Tech Savvy: You are comfortable with digital tools and are excited about learning project management software like Zoho Sprints or Jira. 

  • Interest in Agile/Scrum: You have a genuine interest in learning about agile methodologies and how modern tech teams build products. Any prior coursework or a certification (like a CSM) is a huge bonus but not required.
