The Role

Essential Functions
Note: The essential duties and primary accountabilities below are intended to describe the general content of and requirements of this position and are not intended to be an exhaustive statement of duties. Specific tasks, responsibilities or competencies may be documented in the incumbent’s performance objectives as outlined by the incumbent’s immediate supervisor or manager.

1. Regularly assist project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of ongoing projects.
2. Track and update project schedules, timelines, and deliverables using tools such as Microsoft Project, Monday.com, and similar tools.
3. Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow-up on action items, as needed.
4. Help coordinate team communications and ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
5. Conduct research and support project-related decision-making processes.
6. Identify potential risks or delays and escalate them to the project manager.
7. Support cross-functional collaboration across departments including marketing, IT, product, or operations.
8. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve project efficiency.

Marginal or Additional Functions

1. Participate in on-going staff meetings, training activities and continuing education to maintain relevant understanding and knowledge of business operations, related procedures and processes.
2. Performs other duties as assigned or apparent.

Supervisory and Managerial Responsibility

• This position does not entail direct supervisory responsibility.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Education, Licensure or Certification:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Work Experience or Related Experience:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a dynamic environment
• Self-motivated team player with an ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels
• Ability to function in a fast-paced team environment
• Detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, multi-task and adhere to tight timelines
Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, Monday.com, Smartsheet, etc.)

Travel Requirements and Conditions

• No travel is required.

Work Environment, Conditions and Demands

• Work is generally performed in an office or remote environment in which there is only minimal exposure to unpleasant and/or hazardous working conditions.
