Wachter is accepting applications for Intern positions in our Mt. Laurel, NJ office. Business, IT, Construction, or Electrical majors are welcome. High school graduates are encouraged to apply as well. This is a 3-month paid internship.

Requirements:
- High School Graduate, College credits preferred, although not required.
- Proficient with the use of personal computers, including email, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must type at least 40 WPM.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties to help keep an office running smoothly.
- Drafting messages and correspondence.
- Organizing events, appointments, and meetings, and managing calendars.
- Maintaining digital filing systems.
- Entering data, bookkeeping, ordering and tracking inventory, and preparing documents for meetings.
- Ensure project documentation is up to date.
- Coordinate tasks between team members to ensure they are completed on time and assign new project tasks.
