About the role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the project management team in planning, executing, and closing projects. They will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in project planning and scheduling.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of project budgets and timelines.
- Assist in the identification and management of project risks and issues.
- Help ensure that all project documentation is completed and maintained.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Project Manager
Requirements:
- Emirati nationals preferred
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
