What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and enhance custom equipment that drives innovation across our production lines.
- Lead projects from idea to installation — managing timelines, budgets, and hands-on results.
- Create and refine machine components in-house and specify purchased parts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on everything from automation design to product performance.
- Troubleshoot, refine, and continuously improve existing systems and processes.
- Train operators, maintenance, and integrators on your designs — ensuring safety and long-term reliability.
- Collaborate with fellow engineers to reimagine what’s possible in our R&D shop.
Requirements
What You Bring
- A.S. degree or equivalent technical training, plus 5+ years of experience in machine design.
- Strong 3D design skills using Autodesk Inventor and solid mechanical fundamentals.
- Working knowledge of PLC programming, automation, pneumatics, and robotics.
- Sharp problem-solving skills and the drive to see projects through from the first sketch to full production.
- Team spirit, curiosity, and the confidence to innovate in a fast-paced environment.

Skills Required
- A.S. degree or equivalent technical training plus 5+ years of machine design experience
- Strong 3D design skills using Autodesk Inventor
