Parsons is seeking a Senior Technical Project Leader who has extensive experience in software development and project management for Navy software systems. In this role you will get to support a high visibility Navy Program. 


What You’ll be Doing:

  • Lead complex software engineering sustainment projects, ensuring on time, within-budget delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with Navy requirements
  • Manage project teams, stakeholders, and resources, while leveraging a software development background to provide technical oversight and risk mitigation
  • Responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring adherence to established processes and standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and ability to pass a Counterintelligence polygraph
  • 10 years or more of professional experience in software development and project management
  • At least 5 years leading large, complex projects
  • Master’s degree, or an authorized substitution for a bachelor’s degree plus four additional years of relevant experience
  • Excellent stakeholder-management skills to include military, GOV and CTR
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative/distributed team environment
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience working on Navy software systems
  • Experience managing software development teams and technical personnel

Desired Qualifications:

  • An active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly is preferred
  • Experience managing government-funded contracts
  • Experience supporting Navy programs, NAVWAR, NIWC Pacific, NIWC Atlantic

 

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $125,100.00 - $225,200.00

This position will be posted for a minimum of 3 days and will continue to be posted for an average of 30 days until a qualified applicant is selected or the position has been cancelled.
