Project Information Manager

Position Overview

As we stand up a capital project execution function to design and construct the processes and facilities, we will configure an Integrated Project Management Information System to manage document control and storage, workflow, procurement, cost, communication, and project control. We are seeking a system savvy, creative individual, to lead the rapid formalization and cross functional mapping of required data and workflow in parallel with executing ongoing capital projects. The successful candidate will share a passion for building and for the accuracy of data in an engineering and construction environment. This role is hybrid and will require some travel to Somerville, MA office and to construction sites.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Proficient in basic business software tools
• Previous demonstrated experience in similar data organization and management role
• Previous experience with engineering software file types such as AutoPlant, AutoCad
• Proficient in SharePoint
• Good communication skills
• Systems/Cloud/Access Control Proficiency

• Experience setting up and administering a PMIS for capital group for owner organization
• Engineering Degree
• Data Management and Document control
• Engineering workflow management
• Change control
• Engineering drawing coordination
• Engineering standards development
• Engineering numbering systems
• Construction technical support/RFI management
• Experience with design and construction of industrial process facilities
• Field engineering or craft experience
