What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide financial support, analysis, and reporting to help projects meet financial targets.
- Prepare monthly revenue and backlog reports for assigned projects.
- Partner with project teams to drive decisions that improve financial performance.
- Track and report project financials, manage change orders, and build strong team relationships.
- Collaborate with project managers on cash flow, LOIs, work orders, and change orders.
- Support ad hoc reporting and special projects in partnership with your line manager.
What We Are Searching For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or international equivalent).
- 2–4 years of finance or accounting experience, ideally in a service organization; at least 1 year in Clinical Research, preferably CRO.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills; familiarity with web-based communication tools. Workday experience a plus.
- Must have 606 experience.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- A collaborative team player who can lead within the finance function and constructively challenge for better results.
Premier Research is dedicated to providing compensation that is fair and competitive with market standards. The annualized starting base pay for this role is $62,000.00 USD negotiable. The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, which may include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
