As Project Executive, you will provide overall leadership and accountability for construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery across all phases. You are responsible for project performance, including financial outcomes, schedule adherence, risk management, and client satisfaction, while building and leading high-performing teams.You will collaborate closely with owners, senior leadership, preconstruction, and operations to establish project strategy and drive execution. This includes proactively identifying and resolving project, contractual, and operational challenges while maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners.You will lead and mentor Project Managers and Superintendents, guide procurement and subcontractor buyout strategies, and lead preconstruction efforts, including budgeting, value engineering, scheduling, safety, and risk planning.Successful Project Executives are strategic, decisive leaders who consistently deliver predictable project outcomes, achieve financial targets, and exceed client expectations.

Your Background

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships that drive repeat business and continued client satisfaction.
  • Extensive project management experience, including leadership of large and complex healthcare, higher education, civic, and corporate environment construction projects.
  • Proven track record of leading project teams and delivering strong financial performance across multiple phases and/or concurrent projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of General Construction and Design Build Contracts, means and methods, scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead preconstruction efforts, influence design and budgeting decisions, and deliver value-driven outcomes for owners.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret and act on budgets, forecasts, and key performance metrics.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
