YOUR ROLE

The Project Executive is a critical strategic role responsible for driving project success through meticulous coordination, communication, and quality management.
Your role is more than coordination—You'll be the behind-the-scenes architect who turns complex client briefs into smooth, dynamic project journeys, ensuring every team member can focus on what they do brilliantly.

You'll anticipate challenges before they emerge, communicate with precision, and create the invisible infrastructure that allows excellent project delivery—all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct comprehensive sanity checks on project briefs and deliverables
  • Coordinate information gathering across internal teams and external partners
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation and tracking systems
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively identify potential delays or risks
  • Create and distribute regular status updates to project teams
  • Support budget tracking and expense documentation
  • Facilitate smooth project handovers and transitions
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • 2-3 years of professional project coordination experience
  • Basic understanding of digital product development processes
  • Proven track record of managing complex project requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experienced user of collaboration tools (Asana, Trello, or equivalent)
  • Strong digital documentation and reporting capabilities

EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Relevant certifications in project management are a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments
  • Adaptable and solution-oriented approach to challenges
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Strong ethical standards and confidentiality awareness

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Pleasant personality with a "can-do" attitude and be a good team player. Clear communication skills to make complex technical matters simple when communicating with non-technical stakeholders and client executives.

Skills Required

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Extensive experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders (Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio)
  • Hands-on experience building personalized, dynamic messages and landing pages (Cloud Pages)
  • Fluency in Marketing Cloud scripting languages (AMPScript, SSJS/JavaScript) and proficiency in HTML/CSS
  • Proficiency with SQL and Query Studio for data manipulation and segmentation
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud integrations, APIs and Marketing Cloud Connect
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities)
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices, deliverability, subscriber and data management
  • Ability to design customer journeys and associated data models
  • Experience with reporting and analysing email activity (Email Studio reports, Journey Builder, Data Views, Discover Reports, Analytics Builder, Einstein Engagement)
  • Bachelor's degree, postgraduate degree or professional qualification
  • Experience delivering marketing automation projects in fast-paced environments and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to document solutions, provide user training and promote user adoption
  • Preferable experience with Salesforce CDP, Datorama, Informatica, Jitterbit, Talend, Dell Boomi
  • Preferable experience with Interaction Studio, Commerce Cloud, Advertising Studio, Social Studio
  • Preferable experience with Google Analytics 360 and PPC advertising metrics
