Responsibilities:
- Plan and Drive Engineering Changes from initial Change Request though execution and full manufacturing/distribution channel implementation
- Lead the Engineering Change cross functional team in communicating and tracking defined deliverables
- Work closely with Project Lead/Technical SME to ensure all tasks are identified and planned appropriately
- Assess the impact (risk, costs, timing) of Change requests
- Schedule regular meetings to ensure all cross functional team members critical to the Project/Change are kept informed and are completing necessary actions as assigned
- Manage Engineering Change deliverables through all steps of the Change Process
- Work closely with Sustaining Project Management to ensure Engineering Change plans support overall Project Goals
- Own and execute variety of tasks to support project goals
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology discipline or equivalent
Relevant Experience:
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ work experience in the Medical Devices / Pharmaceutical regulated industry
- Proven ability of working within an established Quality System
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work progressively as part of a team and on own initiative
- Excellent attention to detail
